Barnes XGVH Series Submersible Grinder Pump
BLADE XGV Grinder Pumps are the Barnes solution to high head high flow waste water grinding applications in municipal, commercial and light industrial environments. They are available in 3HP to 15HP explosion proof models with 2",2.5" and 3" discharge sizes.
BLADE XGV Grinder Pumps are designed for longer lasting dependability and ease of maintenance. Equipped with the Barnes Slicerator radial cutting technology, plug-n-play "Quick Connect" cord and oil filled motor, BLADE XGV Grinder Pumps are the perfect choice for demanding high head, high flow applications involving troublesome solids like plastics, ropes, diapers and cloth materials.

The Grinder Pump is used in HAZARDOUS locations and is designed to reduce domestic, commercial, institutional and light industrial sewage to a finely ground slurry.

- NEMA B- Three Phase Torque Curve, Oil-Filled, Squirrel Cage Induction, Inverter Duty Rated Per NEMA MG1 Motor.
- Three Phase Requires Overload Protection to be Included in Control Panel.
- Upper Bearing: Single Row, Ball, Oil Lubricated, Radial Load. Lower Bearing: Double Row, Ball, Oil Lubricated, Radial & Thrust Load.
- Tandem Mechanical, Oil Filled Reservoir Seal.
- Seal Rotating Faces - Silicone-Carbide, Stationary Faces - Ceramic Elastomer - Buna-N Hardware - 300 Series Stainless.
- Impeller is made of Cast Iron ASTM A-48, Class 30.
- XGVH 2"/2.5"/3" Horizontal Flange Discharge.
