Shipping policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We work very hard to get all orders that we can fill from inventory, shipped the same day if order was placed before 12:00PM PST during normal business hours.
Due to the weight and handling by shipping providers, some items that we ship the packaging is opened and extra packing material is added to ensure that the contents arrive safely to its destination.
We currently ship only to locations to the United States of America, US Territories. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show up in the shipping providers tracking service.
Free Shipping products are limited to the lower 48 states of the United States of America. Free shipping does not apply to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories. Exceptions may apply such as special delivery fees, additional fees, etc.
Failure to refuse damaged shipments implies that you are okay with the condition. No refunds be issued for shipments damaged in transit.
