The UltraCAP II dry well level control system options and a variety of control panels and accessories allow system customization. Exclusive non-fouling controls eliminate routing, maintenance service calls.

The grinder pump is designed to reduce domestic, commercial, institutional and light industrial sewage to a finely ground slurry.

  • Cast Iron Construction.
  • NEMA B- Three Phase, Torque Curve, Oil-Filled, Squirrel Cage Induction Motor.
  • Three Phase Dual Voltage 230/460; Requires Overload Protection to be Included in Control Panel.
  • Upper Bearing: Single Row, Ball, Oil Lubricated, Radial Load. Intermediate Bearing: Single Row, Ball, Oil Lubricated, Radial & Thrust Load. Lower Bearing: Sleeve, Oil Lubrication, Radial Load.
  • Tandem Mechanical, Oil Filled Reservoir Seal.
  • Seal Rotating Faces - Carbon & Stationary Faces - Ceramic Elastomer-Buna-N Hardware - 300 Series Stainless.
  • Impeller is made of Cast Iron.
  • 1-1/4" NPT Vertical, Bolt-On Flange Discharge.
  • Temperature Rating: 160°F (71°C) Intermittent.
