AFSSBA Sump Basin Typical Application

AFS Sump Basins Assemblies are designed to house process water, sewage ejector or grinder pumps in wastewater pumping systems. AFS Sump Basin Assemblies allow specification, delivery, and installation of a complete pump, basin, and discharge plumbing system in a convenient manufactured package. All internal plumbing is complete prior to shipment saving valuable time in the field.

  • 36"-60” diameter fiberglass reinforced polyester basin (FRP)
  • Heights from 48 to 144 inches in 6" increments
  • Integral fiberglass base
  • ¼” Coated steel access plate; optional aluminum, fiberglass or stainless steel
  • Duplex pumps
  • 2"-4” Schedule 40 or 80 PVC discharge piping and fittings
  • Union Ball Valve included
  • Float cord grips
  • Volumes
    • 36” - 4.42 gallons per inch, 53 gallons per foot
    • 42” - 6.00 gallons per inch, 72 gallons per foot
    • 48” - 7.83 gallons per inch, 94 gallons per foot
    • 60” - 12.25 gallons per inch, 147 gallons per foot
