The Automated Flow Systems AFSCPS120/240DM Simplex, Dual Mode, Dual Voltage control panel is designed to control one 120/208/240V single phase pump in water and sewage installations. It features a digital backlit LCD display on the inside of the front cover for programming pump control and system monitoring, including: float status, elapsed time pump run, cycle counter, alarm counts (high water/power fail), float error count, auxiliary alarm counter, timer override count (TD only), on/off time (TD only). This innovative control panel is easily converted to demand or timed dose in the field.
Features
- Digital Controller
- Backlit LED Display
- Demand Dosing
- Timed Dosing
- 120-240 Volts Single-Phase
- Two-Wire Pumps up to 20 FLA
- Simplified Wiring
- Lockable NEMA 4X Enclosure
Dual Mode - In the default demand mode the pump is turned on and off based on level control float switches. Timed dose mode is enabled by setting the on and off timers. In timed dose mode the pump is turned on and off based on level control float switches AND on and off cycle timers.
Multi Voltage - Panel is built to operate on 120, 208, or 240 volt single phase power. Controls two-wire pumps up to 20 full load amps.
Simplified Wiring - Panel is provided with separate pump and alarm circuit breakers to accommodate installation with one or two circuits. There are provisions for up to four floats with two terminals per float, eliminating the need for bundling common wires in the panel. Panel ships with a terminal link installed to bypass the redundant off float when not required. Wiring could not be simpler with just one wire per terminal.
Digital Controller - Programming is easy and intuitive using simple instructions printed on the panel door. No training required. Controller logic is non-volatile firmware based and allows for demand dose or timed dose control.
Power Relay - Pump power is switched with the nearly silent power relay. The power relay is rated for 30 amps and 100,000 or more cycles.
Backlit LED Display - Facilitates mode selection and provides monitoring of float status, elapsed pump run time, pump cycle count, high water alarm count, and float sequence error count. In timed dose mode on time, off time, remaining on/off time, and timer override count are also displayed.
