“I was skeptical of ordering an important part for my backup sump pump from a company named "worst" but thought I would give them a try. The pricing was good, free shipping and was shipped UPS the same day I ordered it. This product fixed my broken sump pump perfectly. I am disappointed that my prior charger failed after only 4 years but that is not worst's problem. Further, Zoeller product support thought my battery had failed. I replaced the battery but that did not fix my issue thus had to order this charger. Now I am back to normal. Worst promised me a 5% discount on my first order by furnishing my email address for future promotions but they failed to do that. When I contacted Worst customer service, the oversight was fixed immediately. So now I am a happy Worst customer and my back up sump pump works correctly again.”
